The Alberta Association of Recreation Facility Personnel recognizes that recreation is deeply connected to the land and we are grateful to gather, learn and grow on the traditional territories of the First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples. These lands have been cared for since time immemorial and we honour the histories, cultures and contributions of Indigenous communities across Alberta provinces and beyond. We are committed to creating a partnership and working together to build a stronger, more inclusive future for all.
