At the AGM, you will:
- Hear key updates on AARFP’s progress, priorities, and future direction
- Review organizational highlights and milestones from the past year
- Participate in the election of new Board Members
- Gain insight into financials and governance
- Have your voice heard in decisions that impact the industry

- Review the agenda and documents (like annual reports, financial statements,and motions)
- Make sure you check in. You must have a valid AARFP Membership to vote in the AGM but not to attend.
- Prepare any questions or comments you’d like to raise
The typical agenda includes:
- Approval of the previous AGM’s minutes
- Presentation of annual reports and financials
- Election or re-election of board members
- Discussion of other key issues or motions
- Q&A from members
- Voting on official matters
