At the AGM, you will:
  • Hear key updates on AARFP’s progress, priorities, and future direction
  • Review organizational highlights and milestones from the past year
  • Participate in the election of new Board Members
  • Gain insight into financials and governance
  • Have your voice heard in decisions that impact the industry

Common Questions

  • Review the agenda and documents (like annual reports, financial statements,and motions)
  • Make sure you check in. You must have a valid AARFP Membership to vote in the AGM but not to attend.
  • Prepare any questions or comments you’d like to raise

The typical agenda includes:

  • Approval of the previous AGM’s minutes
  • Presentation of annual reports and financials
  • Election or re-election of board members
  • Discussion of other key issues or motions
  • Q&A from members
