Our Conference is renowned as a trusted source of trends, information and networking opportunities for recreation facility professionals. Your knowledge, support and expertise as sponsors & exhibitors has helped us build a strong following. Together we will be bridging the gaps in recreation.

As sponsors and exhibitors, we want you to take center stage during the Conference and Trade show. Your company, products, and services will be showcased in the live trade show, throughout the conference and in our virtual app platform. This is the perfect opportunity to connect directly with decision makers and influencers in the recreation industry. 

The Conference will be held in Lethbridge on April 21-24, 2024, with attendance by 250-300 delegates in recreation operations from all over Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories.

Exhibitor Set Up
– between 1:00PM-5:30PM
Associate Rep Dinner – 5:30PM-6:00PM
Associate Rep Meeting – 6:00PM-6:30PM
Trade Show Start – 6:30PM
Trade Show End – 10:00pm
Exhibitor Dismantle – 10:00PM-11:30PM 
Post Trade Show Hospitality – 9:00PM-1:00AM (at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge)

Shipping:
If your company is shipping items directly to the trade show venue, the items will need to arrive on the day of the trade show (Monday April 22nd, 2024) as there is minimal storage at the Cavendish Farms Centre. All items will have to be removed from the venue on the night of the trade show. There will be an option to ship items to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge; associates will be responsible to transport all items to and from the trade show venue.

If your company chooses to ship items to the Sandmand Siganture Lethbridge Lodge, the items can arrive as early as Saturday April 2oth, 2024, and can be stored until Wednesday April 24th, 2024.  Items will be stored in a locked room; AARFP is not responsible for any lost or stollen items.   
Please clearly label all items with the following: 

  1. Company name  
  2. Company contact information (including name and number of person(s) picking up the items)
  3. For:  The Alberta Association of Recreation Facility Personnel Trade Show 

If shipping directly to the Cavendish Farms Centre:
Cavendish Farms Center

Instructions: 

  1. Items can be shipped or dropped off at the Cavendish Farms Centre anytime between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm on Monday April 22nd, 2024 ONLY
  2. Ship or drop off all items to the bay doors located on the south side of the building
  3. The event set up company and an AARFP member will be onsite to help direct you to your booth

If shipping to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge:
Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge

320 Scenic Dr S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4B4

Instructions: 

  1. Items can be shipped to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge as early as Saturday April 20th, 2024
  2. Ship or drop off all items to the main lobby
  3. Items will be stored in a room where only the AARFP staff will have access
  4. Items can be stored at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge after the trade show, they will need to be shipped out of the location by the morning of Wednesday April 24th, 2024

Booth Details:
Each booth will be draped with a 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs and  with an electrical outlet.

Exhibitor Badges:
Two (2) exhibitor badges per 10’x10′ booth
Four (4) exhibitor badges per 20’x20′ booth

If you are interested in additional badges for the exhibit hall you can purchase them for $65+GST (includes supper). 

 

Drink tickets can be bought at the registration desk: Tickets are $6 each!
