Attention Members Applying for a Facility Membership
	A Facility Membership provides membership privileges to five (5) individuals. When applying for a Facility Membership you must identify all five (5) individuals at the time of application. Once an individual has been identified under a Facility Membership, that individual cannot be changed during the term of the Facility Membership. The membership term for any individual added under a Facility Membership will be the term of the Facility Membership. To make a Facility Membership Application, download the Facility Member Application Form, complete it by typing directly onto the form and email it back to office@aarfp.com.
